3 Part Discernment Process
Workshop
The workshop lays the foundation for your discernment and includes Church teaching on the nature of charisms, call, and vocation. You will take the Catholic Spiritual Gifts Inventory and learn the signs and characteristics of the 23 most common charisms. In addition you will learn to discern the unique mission God has for you and discover how He empowered you to carry it out.
Interview
A one-hour gifts interview with a trained interviewer can help you, understand your inventory results, recognize patterns in your life that may indicate the presence of a charism and learn how to develop those charisms.

Discern in Depth
Going through the initial workshop and interview is all preparation for the real work of discernment. You will now put into practice what you have learned and experiment with your charisms.
A 4-5 sessions of guided small group experience of intentional discernment lead by a trained facilitator
